Terms of Service
Last updated: August 24, 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using RADAR you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What RADAR is — and is not
RADAR is a market analytics and research tool. It detects events in publicly available market data, records them and measures historical outcomes.
RADAR is not financial advice, not a broker, not an exchange and not an investment manager. Nothing displayed constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Markets are risky; you may lose money. All trading decisions are yours alone.
3. Accounts & eligibility
- One person per account; you must provide a valid email address and confirm it.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys secure.
- Accounts are personal; resale or sharing of access may result in termination.
4. Subscriptions & billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly in USDT through our payment processor.
- New accounts may receive a free trial; one trial per person, unlocked by verifying your email address.
- Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancellation stops future charges at the end of the paid period.
- Because payments settle in cryptocurrency, refunds after settlement are handled case-by-case at our discretion.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape or redistribute the service's data commercially without written permission; share API keys publicly; attempt to bypass rate limits, captchas or plan entitlements; use the service in violation of applicable laws or exchange terms; or disrupt the service's operation.
6. API access
API keys are personal, revocable and rate-limited by plan. We may modify or discontinue API endpoints with reasonable notice. Usage data may be retained for quota enforcement.
7. Availability & changes
The service depends on third-party market data. We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Detection parameters, features and plans may change over time; material changes to these terms will be announced on the platform.
8. No warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. HISTORICAL OUTCOMES DO NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE RESULTS.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RADAR and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any trading losses arising from use of or reliance on the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time; sections concerning warranty, liability and billing survive termination.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change accordingly. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
